Avalon IT is delighted to announce the appointment of Jake Stafford into the role of IT Support Engineer. Jake will work on the IT helpdesk assisting our business and education sector clients as well as performing on-site routine visits and project delivery tasks. He’ll be working as part of our technical team enabling us to improve our service offering and customer satisfaction levels, speed up response times and ensure our clients’ SLAs are met every time.
Before joining Avalon IT, Jake completed a degree in Computing Systems Engineering (BSc) before working in IT Support in the education sector, where he was responsible for administering a large computer network consisting of 650 devices.
Outside work, Jake is a keen pool player competing in a number of local leagues. He is a technology enthusiast and enjoys keeping abreast of new gadgets and the latest must have devices!
