NMSP 2- final -- September 2014 Update -- We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Naacemark NMSP accreditation! Avalon IT is currently the only ICT support company in the East Midlands to have received this in the ICT Systems category and we are very proud of our achievement. The NaaceMark is the only quality assurance scheme designed specifically for organisations providing ICT services to schools. This accreditation demonstrates that the work we have undertaken to ensure our policies, systems and procedures are fit for purpose and that we are committed to providing a high quality service to our school clients.

Our support contracts include:

– Unlimited telephone, email and remote support

– Fixed number of on-site visits in accordance with the schools requirements (half day or full day)

– All software/driver installations

– Hardware fault repair (excluding parts)

– AV troubleshooting and maintenance (whiteboards, projectors etc)

– Remote 24×7 server monitoring
